I am honored to have recently joined the Board of Directors of the Ember Center (formerly the Crisis Center). The Ember Center exists to end domestic violence and sexual assault through therapy, advocacy, outreach, and prevention.
Just last year, the Ember Center provided direct service to 337 adults and children impacted by domestic violence, 23% of whom utilized more than one service with the Ember Center.
This Colorado Gives Day, donations are needed more than ever to ensure the Ember Center's services remain available to those in need. Like non-profits across the country, the Ember Center has experienced drastic funding cuts in government contracts.
Your support, no matter how big or small, ensures that when someone gets the courage to reach out for help, the Ember Center is there to answer.
