Project Animal Aid helps animals and the environment, both are important to me.

Project Animal Aid (PAA) does amazing work.  It helps animals locally and globally by distributing unwanted and expired medical supplies and equipment, from both human and veterinary medical sources, to non-profit organizations that assist animals. They help working animals, companion animals and wildlife. Items that would be in landfills are now being used for the medical needs of animals.

I have been involved with PAA since 2017 when our cat Dorian died and Left Hand Animal Hospital made a donation to PAA in his memory.  Above is Boots and his herd, Buddy and Buster. Boots was treated for cancer in 2024 and is still being monitored by CSU Veterinary Teaching Hospital.  Boots has had access to a world class facility with an exceptional veterinary staff. Our cat Dewey died recently, he had the best vet care, thank you Dr. Aunt Julie.  Not all animals are this fortunate. But because of PAA, vets can help more animals worldwide.  Their mission truly is to "heal the planet one animal at a time".

Some of the organizations PPA partners with locally include: Greenwood Wildlife Rehabilitation Center (where I volunteer), Rocky Mountain House Rabbit Rescue (amazing all volunteer powered organization) and Animal Friends Alliance (Tip's alma mater).

Please consider donating to Project Animal Aid for Colorado Gives Day. All non-profits receive a % of the Incentive Funds equal to the % they raise for Colorado Gives Day. And any new monthly donation to Project Animal Aid will be matched up to $100.
