Part of Broomfield STEM's "Secret Sauce" is the diversity of our students and mentors, and this includes economic diversity. Despite the growing costs to run our programs sustainably, we are committed to making sure cost is not a barrier for students to fully participate in our programs. To do this, we have created a tiered system for our student fees that includes the option for families to pay the regular fee, or to choose a community supported fee that allows them to pay what they can, and donors like you to fill in the rest.
We anticipate that for the 2026-2027 program year, 45-50% of our students will rely on community supported fees in order to participate in Broomfield STEM. With funding from grants, sponsorships, fundraisers, and the generosity of both the Broomfield STEM and Northwest Metro communities we serve, we are confident we will be able to provide that support.
