$50 - Fuel our travel to a life-saving program

$500 - Provide a day of indoor climbing for 10 individuals with spinal cord injuries

Adaptive Adventures envisions a world where individuals with physical disabilities can fully access outdoor sports, regardless of location, equipment, or financial need. We create sustainable programs in underserved communities, offering training, equipment, and resources to empower participants with skills for greater independence, camaraderie, and wellness. Our partnerships with hospitals, recreation centers, veteran services, and equipment innovators expand accessibility and help foster inclusive, thriving communities for people of all abilities.

Background Statement

Adaptive Adventures is a Colorado-based 501(c)(3) founded in 1999 by a group of individuals with physical disabilities who saw a need for an adaptive sports organization that not only focused on fitness and independence, but also on the social and community aspects of participation in sports.
