The Walk As If Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing innovative soft skills training solutions to underserved populations. Walk As If harnesses the transformative power of virtual reality (VR) to enable learners to practice essential life skills in an immersive environment.
Many talented people struggle to reach their potential due simply to a lack of soft skills, including communication, leadership, problem-solving, conflict resolution, time management, financial literacy, job readiness, and resilience. Walk As If helps underserved communities unlock their potential by learning and, importantly, practicing the soft skills necessary to achieve. Our interactive workshops and VR training solutions allow learners to experience, practice, and refine soft skills safely, without the fear of real-world consequences.
Walk As If collaborates with non-profit organizations to design a soft skills curriculum that helps learners:
