Pawsitive Pathways exists to save the forgotten dogs of rural Colorado - dogs in underfunded, overcrowded shelters where adoption opportunities are few and euthanasia risk is high. We focus on rescue, rehabilitation, education, and community support to create long-term, meaningful change for rural dogs and the people who love them.
This Giving Tuesday, we’re working toward two essential next steps:
- Building our own facility on 40 acres we’ve already secured in southeastern Colorado, allowing us to take in more dogs and expand our programs.
- Securing a dedicated transport van so we can safely reach and relocate dogs from remote areas where resources are limited.
Your support today helps us save more rural Colorado dogs and strengthen the communities that care for them.
