Who We Are

Launched August 2014, the Colorado Technology Foundation (CTF) bridges companies to education, technology and workforce programs in Colorado. CTF is a fund of Rose Community Foundation and managed by the Colorado Technology Association (CTA).

Talent Pipeline

The system of moving from education to workforce is long and complex, and building a pipeline of qualified workers is critical. CTF exists to make it easy for companies to meaningfully engage with educators and students to create the future workforce they need.

CTF's Talent Pipeline Priorities

1) Engage employers in alignment with their workforce needs and community engagement priorities to create the talent pipeline for the future technology workforce.
2) Partner with STEM education programs to build a portfolio of opportunities for meaningful company engagement.
