Caregiver Connections mission is to connect family caregivers of older adults to resources and respite that will empower them to be the best caregivers they can be.
Caregiver Connections was established in 2011 by a group of seniors, caregivers and business leaders who wanted to create programs and support services to help older adults to continue to live independently and thrive in Eagle County. Services include:
Caregiver Consultations with family caregivers to help identify needs and provide solutions.
The Senior Spot, an adult day program two afternoons each week offering respite for caregivers and socialization and fun activities for loved ones.
Caregiver Support Groups meeting twice each month to offer guidance and encouragement to caregivers.
Medical Supply Loan Closet with used durable medical equipment available to borrow for free.
Eagle County Caregiver Classifieds is a private Facebook group that allows family caregivers seeking help with in-home paid caregivers seeking employment.
