Siblings separated from one another through foster care & other out of home placements
Youth who have turned 18 without finding a permanent home after being in foster care
Youth who want to connect with their siblings, their community, and their peers
Youth who want to use their voice to speak their truth, advocate for themselves & others.
At Elevating Connections we strive to create meaningful programming that allows our youth participants to have moments of connection, belonging, love, compassion, joy & safety.
