Mission
The Fax Partnership ("The Fax") strengthens and supports those who live and work along the East Colfax corridor while advancing a vision of equitable development to sustain a thriving, diverse and affordable community.
Background Statement
Founded in 2004, The Fax created the Mayfair BID and was instrumental in the City of Denver's acquisition of two East Colfax properties that will be developed into affordable housing. In 2015, The Fax hired Monica Martinez and made the development of housing a critical objective of the organization. The Fax now has a staff of seven, with eight languages in-house that provide small business and residential services support to the East Colfax community while advancing a vision of equitable development.
