We are grateful to call Greater Denver - an area rich in diversity, beauty and history - our home. In our rapidly developing region, we know the needs of our residents are great and growing, and we are thankful to belong to a community that consistently responds with empathy and generosity.
"Our family has been honored to partner with the Foundation for the past few years and were even more so this past year, when Rose was among the leaders addressing the needs in the broader community." - Elise Barish, donor-advised fundholder
"Rose Community Foundation's generous grant helped our organization in both its immediate endeavor to support the community's nutrition needs during the pandemic, as well as in our long-term work to end hunger at its root." - Teva Sienicki, Metro Caring
Rose Community Foundation strives to advance inclusive, engaged and equitable Greater Denver communities through values-driven philanthropy.
Our work is rooted in history. Rose Community Foundation was founded in 1995 with the assets from the sale of Rose Medical Center, a hospital created by Denver’s Jewish community in 1949. The Foundation operates entirely independent from the hospital, but we proudly carry on the legacy of the hospital founders' tradition of philanthropy, nondiscrimination and a commitment to serving residents and enhancing the quality of life across the Greater Denver region.
