PLEASE HELP US PROVIDE A LIFE OF SAFETY & HEALING FOR FARM ANIMALS!

$64,500 Donation Match Available To Help Animals in Need! Help us get to 1st place for the grand prize - we are  at the second place and $3,000 behind 1st place.

Together, we have the power to provide safety and healing for animals like Pearl. Pearl found herself without a home when her owner passed away unexpectedly. Not only did this leave her homeless, but she also is in dire need for urgent medical care to battle her cancer.

Pearl's story is not unique nor uncommon. Many of our animal residents have faced similar fates. Lily, for instance, needed a new home after a predator attack left her blind in one eye, unable to thrive in her previous environment. Lucky's owner couldn't afford the necessary medical care after she was injured, and our juvenile Pekin ducks were abandoned at Union Reservoir when they outgrew the adorable stage of baby ducklings.

These gentle souls deserve a life brimming with care and love, rather than being cast aside like old, broken toys.

Will you join us in providing the care they need and the love they deserve? Your support can make their dreams of safety and healing come true.

Sky rocketing veterinary care costs, inflation and the economic downturn have depleted funding for food, medical care and needed supplies. Our 70+ residents need to eat, stay warm, receive their medications and medical care. We cannot skimp on their care.

Can you help us keep them warm, fed and taken care of?

Just $26 provide 3 days of care for, $61 cover one week and $123 provide two weeks of care one of our residents. And the best, your donation will have double the impact. Every dollar will be matched up to $64,500.

They need you now! Be their hero today and support us. 70+ souls will be forever grateful.

Background Statement

Founded in 2018 and established as federal tax-exempt 501(c)3 impact organization, Good Life Refuge (GLR) provides a "Safe Haven" for neglected and at-risk farm animals on 5 acres in Longmont, Co.

With only a handful farm animal sanctuaries in the front range area, there was a pressing need for more hands on deck to provide a safe place for discarded, abandoned, or unwanted farm animals.

GLR's first rescue started with four abandoned ducks in August 2018. Since then, GLR has rescued over 187 animals and currently, provides a safe home for 71 farm animals and 12 different species. We accommodate 60 volunteers and are governed by a board of directors of 4 people.

Our program services evolve around animal rescue and safe placement, volunteer opportunities, and education & advocacy for farm animals.
