Join Us in Creating a Legacy of Support for Students with Dyslexia
Since 2005, Hillside has been a beacon of hope for students with dyslexia. Our small classes and expert teachers have helped hundreds of students build the skills and confidence they need to succeed.
Now, we have an opportunity to make an even greater impact: We are building Boulder’s first Dyslexia Center!
Together, we have already raised $1.15 million, but we need your help to raise the final $350,000 to bring this dream to life.
This new center will allow us to serve more students, support families, and train educators like never before. Here is what it will include:
- 13 Classrooms: Uniting all students and teachers under one roof
- Expanded Learning Spaces: Providing room for full-day programs, individualized support, and more students
- Collaborative Workspaces: Designed for dyslexic students to connect and work so they can learn from one another
- Community Outreach Center: Hosting workshops, teacher training, and family programs to extend our impact across Boulder
A Call to Action for Alumni and Students
If you are a Hillside alum, student, or former/current family we need your help to empower future generations of students with dyslexia. By creating a page and raising or donating $1,000 or more, your name will be added to the Alumni Legacy Wall in the new Dyslexia Center. You will also have the opportunity to leave a message of encouragement for future students—a reminder that they, too, can thrive.
Why This Matters
The need for dyslexia support in Boulder is greater than ever. This new center will enable us to:
- Help more students succeed
- Identify dyslexia earlier
- Train more local teachers to support students with learning differences
- Provide critical resources for families
This is about more than just a building—it is about fulfilling a vision of a future where every child with dyslexia is given the tools to succeed, the confidence to thrive, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the world. Let’s rally together as a community and make it happen.
Your support today can change lives tomorrow. Join us and help Hillside continue empowering students with dyslexia.
