CBR YouthConnect is a family-serving organization that delivers a continuum of care to safely support well-being and empowers individuals to see and nurture their strengths through services delivered in their homes and communities. Our individualized services include connecting youth and families with tools to help them heal from trauma, access basic needs support and services, form healthy and stable relationships, meet their individualized emotional goals, build positive and lasting community connections, and develop essential life skills. Services are delivered in homes and communities. Client services may range from youth mentoring, supervised visitation for child welfare-involved families, skill building related to activities of daily living, parenting supports, and clinical interventions that include individual and family therapy services to enhance relationships, build regulatory skills, manage mental health, substance use treatment needs and improve emotional/behavioral health. CBR Youth Connect provides services across the state of Colorado and has staff located in various metro and rural communities.
We are currently trying to expand our reach and increase our services.
Between the great resignation and drastic shift to telehealth we were only able to support 200 families and youth, next year our goal is to triple that number to 600. By supporting CBRYC through Colorado Gives Day you are helping us to achieve our goal of expanding our services and reach. The funds raised will assist us with our recruitment strategy of hiring four care managers and four family therapists as well as assist us with providing staff with training and development as we shift our service model to become more diverse, equitable, and inclusive.
Thank you for supporting families across colorado!
