Tri-County Health Network is committed to removing barriers to care & improving access to health services throughout our rural region. Good health starts with eating well. However, 28% of Southwest Colorado residents experience food insecurity and don't have regular access to the fresh fruits and vegetables necessary for a healthy diet. Support your neighbor by giving the gift of fresh food and nutritional coaching.

Donate to support our FoodRx program, which provides community members in need with local grocery store vouchers to bring fresh food into the kitchens of those facing chronic disease or without reliable access to nutritious food. This seven-week program also provides recipients personalized coaching, recipes, and support for building and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Help fund FoodRx with the following suggested donations:

$10 donation - 6 bananas and a 5 lbs bag of potatoes

$20 donation - a bag of avocados, 4 lbs of carrots, 1 lbs brussels sprouts, and 1 lbs broccoli

$30 donation - 1 lbs organic chicken breast, a dozen organic eggs, a loaf of bread, 1 lbs broccoli, two sweet potatoes, 6 bananas and a package of blueberries

$50 donation - 2 lbs organic chicken breast, six honeycrisp apples, 2 lbs brussels sprouts, a package of arugula, and a loaf of bread

$100 donation - 2 lbs organic chicken breast, 2 packages blueberries, a loaf of bread, a bag of avocadoes, a bag of green beans, 2 lbs brussels sprouts, 2 lbs broccoli, 2 bags potatoes, 4 tomatoes, a package of arugula, 6 zucchini, a dozen organic eggs, and 4 onions

$120 donation - funds healthy eating for seven-weeks which includes all the food options above plus personalized coaching, recipes, and support for building a maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
