Iron Horse Therapy Scholarships

In 2024, NoCo Pediatric OT/Iron Horse Therapeutic farm had to cut contracts with insurance companies due to non-payment for services rendered. We recognized this as a huge loss for families whose loved ones benefit from occupational therapy services occurring either on the back of a horse or in our non-clinical, outdoor therapeutic space. Thus, the IHTF Scholarship Fund was created to continue providing skilled therapy services to individuals with less out-of-pocket costs for families. We have proudly supported over ten families with the scholarship fund since it's inception, removing the financial burden from quality, meaningful engagement at the farm.
