Help Me Support Animals at HSBV!

Hi friends, family, and fellow animal lovers!

As an HSBV staff member, I see the incredible difference we make every day—from life-saving surgeries, safety net services to community members in need, to helping shy pets find their confidence. This work is my passion, and for Colorado Gives Day, I’m fundraising to amplify my impact so we can say 'yes' to every animal that needs our help.

Many of you know that we were faced with a heartbreaking medical crisis more than 2 years ago, when Finn needed an emergency splenectomy. His current veterinary practice quoted the cost of surgery and care at over $10,000, something we were unsure we could cover. Without hesitation, the incredible veterinary team at HSBV stepped in and completed the surgery with extreme compassion and care, not only saving Finn's life, but doing it at much more affordable cost. The mass turned out to be benign, and we have had 2.5 extra incredible years with Finn in our family, thanks to HSBV.
