As we expand our reach and bring cultural responsiveness into the community, we strive for exceptional, trustworthy care that empowers our patients, decreases visits to emergency rooms, and creates healthier individuals and families overall.

$25 = one patient co-pay assistance
$100 = one ultrasound screening
$160 = one medical or behavioral health visit
$300 = Emergency Dental Extraction
$500 = Pediatric Preventive Dental Care
$2,000 = 8 visits for prenatal care, plus an ultrasound
$5,000 = screen 500 people at health fairs
$8,500 = 16 weeks of diabetes prevention class
