Mile High Flight Program: Outcomes, Impact, and Success

The Mile High Flight Program inspires local high school students to pursue academic and career paths in aviation, aerospace, and STEM. By providing hands-on training, mentorship, and guidance, the program sparks curiosity, builds confidence, and shows students that with dedication and planning, they can achieve any goal.

Over 90% of participants who complete Phase 2 training go on to higher education and careers in aviation and related fields. Each year, scholarships are awarded to outstanding students, giving them the opportunity to gain the skills needed to pilot an aircraft—a truly life-changing experience.

Graduates of the Mile High Flight Program have gone on to remarkable careers: piloting for major airlines, serving in the U.S. Air Force, Navy, and Marine Corps, and contributing to aerospace, Air Traffic Control, and STEM professions. The program doesn’t just teach skills—it transforms futures.
