Casey's Pond, a Northwest Colorado Health community, is the only continuing care community in a Colorado mountain resort town. We offer a unique blend of comfort and genuine independence - alongside a variety of care options, personalized services, and curated amenities. Through Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, we nurture an environment where residents live vibrantly and are inspired to continue thriving.
As a non-profit senior living community, we rely on donations to support our work and ensure we can continue to offer these vital services for years to come. Your support allows us to grow our capital reserves and maintain the high-level of care and connection our community has come to know and rely on at Casey's Pond for themselves and loved ones.

- Transportation/Fleet Operations and ADA lift
- Employee retention and providing competitive benefits for staff and cost of living increases
- Building improvements and reserves
*Casey's Pond is now an approved Enterprise Zone Contribution Project, giving you an added benefit for your generosity. Qualifying cash gifts of $250 or more may be eligible for a Colorado state income tax credit equal to 25% of your donation.
