Bridge the Gap

Last year the Sonflower board decided to move forward to help address the need for childcare in Durango and the surrounding area(s).  

After much thought and deliberation, they decided to open our center again and continue serving the Four Corners area with high quality care.  Our enrollment as steadily grown and increased as more and more people have learned about our program.  

We currently are not at full capacity which makes it challenging to meet the needs of our program and staff.

It reminds me (Tamara) of the story of Moses in Exodus 17:12...

In the old testament Israel is in a battle.  Their leader Moses raises a staff and while his hands are raised they prevail and when they lower, their opponent gains ground.  Two companions with Moses notices this and so they sit him on a rock and they each hold an arm up.  This led to victory for the Israelites.  It is an amazing picture of how we need people to surround us as individuals and as an organization.  Aaron and Hur held up the arms of Moses.  

Would you be willing to consider 'holding the arms' of Sonflower up and be our Aaron and Hur as we continue to grow and serve our families from all different backgrounds?
