Support Youth Mental Health in the Mountain Towns

I am the Executive Director of Resilience1220 which provides free individual and group therapy in the mountain towns west of Denver. We break down barriers through offering services in various locations and at no charge, We do community outreach to reduce stigma so that youth in our towns can access the support they need for any stressors they are experiencing.  Upon completion of therapy when youth stated 

 It was an incredible program for me throughout the past years in multiple situations I’ve had and it has changed how I see myself and approach new situations in my life. A fantastic resource!
