The economy we need is closer than we think: in fact, it’s almost here.
Hosted by the Rocky Mountain Employee Ownership Center, the People’s Economy Academy (PEA) is an introduction to economic democracy, the social/solidarity economy, and community wealthbuilding.
Over the eight months of the Academy, participants will hear presentations from leading practitioners in this work. Group discussion will also be a major component of the program.
All sessions will be on the first Wednesday of the month, October 2026 through May 2027, 1-2:30 PM EST.

Suggested donation: $200 for 8 webinar series, sliding scale; $25 per individual session.
Tuition will be charged on a sliding scale basis and represents a recommended donation amount.
Note: Certification from the PEA will be available upon completion of the series and submission of a 1-2 paper on either a proposed or actual solidarity economy project. More information on certification will be forthcoming.
