Back the Band: Support the Denver Rock Orchestra

Hi all!

I canNOT believe that the Denver Rock Orchestra has been a thing for 4 years now - this scrappy, passionate, joy-filled group of talented people has been been bringing orchestral takes on rock and pop music to metro Denver and beyond for FOUR YEARS. That's crazy!! Crazier still, they've let me be their Board president for a significant portion of their lifespan thus far, and it's been truly one of my greatest honors. 

As a Board member and volunteer at each show and rehearsals, my Monday mornings often look a little different than most. While everyone else is talking about chores and errands, I get to say “I spent my weekend working on shows for the DRO - a cover band that's also a 50ish piece orchestra with vocals and rhythm section. It’s every bit as rad as it sounds!!"

That’s what the Denver Rock Orchestra creates: unforgettable, tell-all-your-friends experiences that stay with you. 

We're still a very young organization - extremely reliant on ticket sales and donations from our friends, family, and fans to keep the bills paid and the music rockin', so to speak. As we enter Colorado Gives season yet again, I would humbly ask that you consider a donation to the Denver Rock Orchestra. Your donation helps ensure we have adequate rehearsal and performance venues (a huge task - we're big group with complex needs!), makes sure our vendors are paid, and makes sure we can secure the rights to covers/arrangements and bring you sweet new music!
