With recent disruptions to SNAP benefits, many of our neighbors have felt the strain — yet these past months have shown how powerful our community can be when we come together. As government support begins to return to normal, the need remains, and so does our commitment to helping bridge the gap.

About We Don't Waste

We Don’t Waste is Colorado’s leading independent food recovery nonprofit, rescuing quality surplus food from the food industry and redirecting it to people who need it most. By preventing millions of pounds of fresh, nutritious food from entering the landfill, they help feed kids, seniors, veterans, single parents, and families across the metro area. Through partnerships with local nonprofits and their no-cost Mobile Food Markets in food desert neighborhoods, We Don’t Waste delivers millions of meals each year. Since 2009, they’ve recovered and distributed more than 250 million servings of food, strengthening our community and reducing environmental impact.
