This year, NOCO Unify is proud to partner with the Eagles to recognize an extraordinary young person as the Pot of Gold recipient and Grand Marshal, Jayden Jimenez.
In early September, Jayden’s life changed in an instant. What began as a sudden and serious illness quickly led to a devastating diagnosis. A rare genetic condition caused his heart to enlarge dramatically, resulting in damage so severe that his heart could no longer sustain him on its own. To survive, Jayden required the implantation of a Left Ventricular Assist Device, a mechanical pump that now keeps his blood circulating and sustains his life day by day.
Since then, Jayden has faced countless medical procedures, constant monitoring, and the reality that he may ultimately need a heart transplant. Through it all, he has met each challenge with quiet strength, courage, and unwavering hope.
Jayden’s resilience has inspired everyone around him, including his family, friends, teachers, and classmates. After spending two months at Children’s Hospital, he was finally able to return home. Determined to reclaim as much normalcy as possible, Jayden returned to school in December, supported by a dedicated one on one adult who helps ensure he can safely continue his education. Even while connected to a life sustaining device, Jayden continues to move forward with humility and determination.
As part of this partnership, every one time donation and the first donation of any new recurring gift will be directed entirely to the Pot of Gold campaign, providing direct support tied to Jayden’s journey and care.
To thank donors for their generosity, five donors will be randomly selected to receive two Eagles tickets, courtesy of Blue FCU, to attend Pot of Gold Night on February 21, 2026, where Jayden will be honored as the Pot of Gold Recipient.
Through the collective generosity of the community and the support of partners like the Eagles and Blue FCU, NOCO Unify is honored to help turn compassion into action and shine a light on a young man whose courage reminds us what heart truly means.
