4 Eagle Senior Care is a ministry of Vail Pastors Network (VPN) and 4 Eagle Foundation. Our goal is to bring non-denominational older adult ministry and pastoral care to the elderly and their families in Eagle County.
Our team of volunteers visit seniors and their family to build relationships by listening and learning about their needs. We then, with the senior's permission, mobilize pastors and volunteers from our congregations and community to meet their needs.
Assistance We Provide:
- Confidential pastoral counsel for depression, grief, loneliness and end-of-life issues
- In-home, non-denominational services including Bible studies, Holy Communion, prayer and encouraging music
- Visitation to homebound individuals, hospitals, nursing homes, and other senior facilities
- Help with meals and groceries
- Senior gatherings
- Help connecting to preferred transportation for non-emergency medical appointments
- Assistance with funeral and memorial planning
