Supporting mental health is what I do every day—but joining the board of the Local Change Foundation has given me a whole new way to give back. I wanted to expand my impact beyond my day job and help shape broader, community-wide change. Being part of this board has been an incredibly meaningful way to do that.

I especially love feeling the impact of our work when I talk to scholars at our scholarship reception or meet the grantees we support through our community grants. Their stories—of resilience, hope, and transformation—are powerful reminders of why this work matters. From expanding access to mental health care to supporting affordable housing, Local Change is driving real progress.
