2025 FLY End of Year Giving

At Fully Liberated Youth (FLY), we believe every young person deserves to be seen, supported, and given the chance to heal. Our programs connect youth impacted by the juvenile legal, school discipline, or child welfare systems to trusted adults, therapy, and mentorship that foster growth and liberation.

In 2025, FLY served more than 240 youth across community and school settings, helping them build belonging, emotional regulation, and a sense of safety. Our model directly interrupts the school-to-prison pipeline and keeps youth connected to care, not confinement.

We know that healing-centered relationships are not only transformative—they’re also cost-effective. While incarceration can cost over $130,000 per young person per year in Colorado, FLY’s approach costs a fraction of that:

• $6,200 provides a full year of therapy, helping youth process trauma and rebuild trust.

• $4,200 provides a year of mentorship, supporting consistent guidance and accountability.
