At Fully Liberated Youth (FLY), we believe every young person deserves to be seen, supported, and empowered to define their own future. Through mentorship, therapy, advocacy, and community-centered programming, we walk alongside youth impacted by the juvenile legal, school discipline, and child welfare systems, creating pathways toward healing, opportunity, and liberation.

Our work is rooted in a simple belief: young people are more than the circumstances or systems they have experienced. When we invest in relationships instead of punishment, we create opportunities for lasting change.

Our Impact in Action

In the first quarter of our fiscal year, FLY served 131 young people across the Denver metro area:

• 100 youth through Community-Based Intervention Services

• 31 youth through School-Based Prevention Services

Our first-quarter outcomes also demonstrate the power of consistent, relationship-centered support:

• 90% experienced no new detention.

• 85% had no new charges.

• 80% remained on track with court requirements.

• 80% found or maintained employment.

• 79% remained engaged in school.

Behind every number is a young person navigating challenges, pursuing goals, and building a future on their own terms. These outcomes reflect the power of trusted relationships, community investment, and young people's own resilience.

As we build on this momentum, we're focused on two priorities for the year ahead:

Expanding into Two New School Partnerships

We're working to bring FLY's prevention, mentorship, and relationship-centered support into two additional schools across the Denver metro area, reaching more young people where they are and strengthening pathways to opportunity.

Launching a Youth Advisory Board

We're creating opportunities for young people to shape FLY's programs, organizational decisions, and community impact. We believe youth should not only have access to support but also the power to influence the systems and communities that shape their lives.

Help Us Reach $20,000 This Colorado Gives Day

Our goal is to raise $20,000 by December 8 to sustain the relationships and resources that make our work possible while laying the foundation for what's next.

Your generosity helps FLY provide consistent mentorship, therapeutic support, educational and employment opportunities, advocacy, and meaningful pathways for youth leadership.

During Colorado Gives Day early giving, donations also help FLY earn a share of the $1M+ statewide Incentive Fund. New monthly gifts are eligible for a match of up to $100 from Colorado Gives Foundation while matching funds remain available.
