Since 1982, Women Of The Summit has raised funds for charitable giving programs in alignment with our values. Our Women at Work grant seeks to decrease the gender wage gap in Summit County, Colo., by increasing the income of the women who live here. In 2021, Colorado women who were full-time wage and salary workers had median usual weekly earnings of $1,035, or 85.4 percent of the $1,212 median usual weekly earnings of their male counterparts, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics
