Holiday Family Fund

Project Self-Sufficiency is dedicated to empowering single parents by providing them with the tools and support needed to create a better future for themselves and their children. These parents work tirelessly throughout the year to meet their family’s needs while striving for academic and career success. Yet, despite their best efforts, many face the financial strain of covering tuition, childcare, and everyday necessities, leaving little room to celebrate the holidays. 

With your help, we can make the holiday season brighter and more joyful for these families. We are asking for your generous support of our 2025 Holiday Campaign. Your donation will help provide each family with gift cards to ensure their children experience the joy and magic of the holidays.

We’ve streamlined our holiday giving process to make it even easier for you to share in the joy of giving. Participants will receive gift cards—$100 each for themselves and their children—from Walmart or Amazon. These cards will be distributed in time for Black Friday, helping families stretch their holiday dollars as far as possible.

Many of you find great joy in learning about the families whose lives you’re directly impacting. We’ll match you with a family based on the level of your sponsorship. After the holidays, we’ll share an update from the family you supported, about how you brightened their celebrations.
