At Joyful Journeys, we believe everyone deserves access to essential resources — without barriers, judgment, or cost. Thanks to supporters like you, 2025 was a year of growth, expansion, and deeper community impact.
On January 2, 2025, we opened the doors to our new location and expanded our food pantry to five days a week, immediately increasing access for families facing food insecurity. Throughout the year, your generosity made it possible to provide:
Free food pantry access
Monthly CPR classes
Youth sports opportunities
Off-site community events, including Easter baskets, back-to-school supplies, Thanksgiving dinners, and Christmas assistance
Diapers and period kits for families in need through trusted community partnerships
As of today, Joyful Journeys has served 6,197 individuals, including 2,779 children and 491 seniors, supporting 1,595 households through our food pantry and holiday assistance programs. Notably, 1,831 of those served were new individuals, many reaching out for help for the first time.
Your year-end gift helps us meet ongoing needs while preparing for the year ahead. Funds raised will support our 2026 goals, including:
Expanding food pantry access and improving the shopping experience
Growing youth sports scholarships so more children can participate
Expanding Santa Shop to welcome more county residents
Strengthening partnerships across the Denver metro area
Growing our volunteer base to increase appointment availability for families
Every dollar donated helps keep services 100% free and ensures families can begin the new year with stability, dignity, and hope.
As we close out the year, families are still walking through our doors — and your generosity helps ensure we can say yes to every family who needs support.
Thank you for being part of this journey and for making free services possible for our community.
