The Center for Work Education and Employment (CWEE) fosters personal and professional transformation for low-income families through confidence building, customized skills training, and career advancement. CWEE first began it's mission to empower women in 1982, when we opened our doors as Colorado Women's Employment and Education. Today, 88% of the participants we serve are female-identifying. 

We know that when women have access to opportunity, they transform not only their own lives, but their families and communities as well. Women’s history is filled with trailblazers who overcame barriers and paved the way for equity in the workplace. Today, CWEE continues that legacy by ensuring the women we work with have the tools, training, and support they need to thrive.
