Fundraiser 1's Goal: Raise $5,000 to provide inclusive pickleball playing opportunities for adaptive (wheelchair) athletes in 2026, and beyond.
Introduction: Purpose and Commitment to Inclusive Access
- Give'em Heaven is dedicated to ensuring that everyone, regardless of physical ability, can experience the joy and benefits of sports.
 - In 2026, we are expanding our commitment to inclusivity by launching specialized pickleball sessions for adaptive (wheelchair) athletes at Peak Pickleball in Colorado Springs, CO.
 - Our mission is to break down barriers and foster a welcoming, supportive environment where adaptive athletes can thrive, connect, and participate alongside their peers.

Outreach and Engagement: Partnerships and Ongoing Support
- Our outreach strategy prioritizes both initial connection and sustained engagement.
 - Give'em Heaven will collaborate with local organizations, rehabilitation centers, VA facilities, and adaptive sports clubs to identify and invite athletes who can benefit from the program.
 - We will engage directly with therapists and athletic coordinators, share information at partner sites, and maintain a strong presence on social media to reach a broad audience.
 - To ensure continued support, we’re implementing regular check-ins with participants, providing peer mentorship opportunities where experienced adaptive athletes guide newcomers, and organizing orientation sessions to help athletes and their families feel comfortable and confident from the start.
 - These ongoing touchpoints foster a sense of community, encourage ongoing participation, and allow us to adapt our offerings to meet evolving needs.

Funding and Resources: Ensuring Sustainability and Growth
- Our initial fundraising campaign aims to raise $5,000 to cover court time, participation fees, and access to onsite specialized pickleball wheelchairs.
 - To guarantee the program’s long-term success, Give'em Heaven will pursue recurring funding opportunities through annual campaigns, local business sponsorships, and grant applications.
 - We will also invest in volunteer development by training community members and past participants as program ambassadors and event facilitators.
 - Strengthening and expanding our partnerships with national and community organizations will help us reach more athletes and build a resilient support network that extends beyond 2026.

Measuring Success: Outcome Tracking and Continuous Improvement
- Program effectiveness will be measured through clear, actionable outcomes.
 - Our primary goal is to engage 30–45 adaptive athletes in pickleball activities over the next year, highlighted by the launch of an adaptive pickleball tournament in spring 2026.
 - We will maintain detailed records of participation, conduct regular satisfaction surveys, and track skill development through periodic assessments.
 - Ongoing feedback from athletes, families, and partners will inform program improvements and ensure we continue to meet participants’ needs effectively.

Testimonials: Sharing Diverse Stories of Impact
- We believe in celebrating every milestone and impact story.
 - Give'em Heaven will regularly collect and share testimonials from adaptive athletes, their families, and our community partners to highlight the program’s transformative effects on confidence, physical health, and social connection.
 - These authentic voices not only demonstrate the program's value to stakeholders and funders, but also inspire others to get involved and support our mission.
