Business Club

The FRCC Business Club offers flexible, fun, and inclusive student-led opportunities that connect classroom learning with career preparation, leadership, and community service for any student interested in business, regardless of major. Funding supports guest speakers, workshops, business competitions, networking, and service projects based on student interests.

Past activities have included a Shark Tank-style competition, a business ethics debate, networking, game nights, movie night (with a business focus and classroom tie-ins), and volunteer service through the VITA tax-assistance program. Students trained as VITA intake volunteers and supported families by welcoming clients, providing directions, and organizing activities for 50 children.

Foundation funding will help students build confidence, develop professional connections, serve their community, and participate in meaningful experiences beyond the classroom
