Medical & Primary Health Care

Clinica Family Health & Wellness provides high-quality, comprehensive primary and preventative medical care to individuals and families across Adams, Boulder, Broomfield, and Gilpin counties. Patients receive care that emphasizes preventative, team-based, and culturally responsive care through every stage of life. Since many Clinica patients speak Spanish, providers, medical assistants, and other staff who interact with patients are bilingual. Clinica can also provide services to patients in 28 other languages, including American Sign Language. 

To ensure that cost is not a barrier to care, Clinica accepts Medicaid, Medicare, CHP+, and most private insurance. Significant discounts and financial assistance is also available to patients who do not qualify for other programs. The Enrollment team helps patients navigate the confusing process of applying for assistance, free of charge.
