$142,000 goal

This November, Dr. Mordecai Brownlee, President of the Community College of Aurora (CCA), is taking on an incredible challenge — walking all 71 miles of the High Line Canal in just three days to raise awareness and support for CCA students through Miles with Mordecai!

Every mile represents the determination of our students;  balancing classes, jobs, and family while striving for a better future.

When life throws challenges their way, like food insecurity, housing struggles, or emergency expenses, that dream can be put at risk.

That’s why Dr. Brownlee is walking the walk and asking you to join him!

👉 Sign up to walk part of the trail HERE.

And there’s even more reason to give: Thanks to a $71,000 matching gift from Molly Link, made in memory of Bill Wiggins, every dollar you give will be matched 1:1 and double your impact!

Your $71 becomes $142, your $500 becomes $1,000, helping students stay in school and succeed.

Together, we can reach our goal of $142,000 to honor Dr. Brownlee’s 71-mile trek and provide life-changing support for CCA students.

Let’s go the distance together for student success! We can’t wait to see you on the trail or listed among our amazing supporters!
