The National American Indian Court Judges Association (NAICJA) strengthens justice systems in tribal communities across the country. Our work spans judicial education, legal training, and system transformation by supporting tribal judges, attorneys, advocates, and court personnel who serve on the front lines of justice. Through our programs, we expand Healing to Wellness Courts, strengthen child welfare systems, and advance culturally rooted responses to family safety, mental health, and substance use. We also advocate for Native veterans and ensure that those who served our country receive equitable access to justice and support.
