We are excited to announce we have received a grant from the State Historical Fund! They awarded us $50,000 towards creating construction documents that will guide work to preserve the historic Lewis Home that houses the museum. The total cost for the project is $72,000, though, so we need your help to cover the remaining $22,000! Donate to help preserve local history and the unique character of Old Town Lafayette!
Any funds raised beyond the $22,000 needed for this State Historic Fund project will go directly to future preservation work on the house.
