I’ve been with the Local Change Foundation since the very beginning, and it’s been an honor to help shape its growth over the years. As a longtime Elevations team member and Local Change board member, I’ve always believed in giving back to the community that’s given so much to me and my family. Through my work in government affairs, I’ve seen how powerful local partnerships and coalition building can be—and Local Change is one of the most meaningful ways I’ve seen that power in action.

I’m proud of all our programs—community grants, disaster relief, our new Down Payment Assistance program, and scholarships. But of all the initiatives we support, I’m especially passionate about our scholarship program. Interviewing students during the scholar reception panel and hearing their stories each year is a powerful reminder of what’s possible when we invest in people. These scholarships don’t just open doors—they build futures. I’m proud to be part of that, and I invite you to join me in making local change by supporting this work.
