I'm raising funds to keep food out of the landfills & instead redistribute and feed families!

$175

raised by 4 people

$1,000 goal

I'm fundraising to help feed our neighbors and protect our planet from food waste! Did you know that 1 in 7 Coloradans will experience food insecurity this year, and yet 40% of all food produced in the US ends up in the landfill? We can change that!

Your donations to this campaign will benefit We Don't WasteColorado's leading independent food recovery nonprofit, and my favorite cause.

By rescuing surplus food from the food industry, We Don't Waste prevents millions of pounds of food from ending up in our landfill, and provides our community with millions of meals instead.

This organization helps feed our neighbors and builds a healthier, happier community. This food benefits kids, adults, seniors, veterans, single moms, people who are in transitional housing or are temporarily unhoused, and more. Everyone deserves to eat, and I'm proud to be supporting this organization.

Every dollar donated results in an estimated 4 meals of recovered food in the community!
