Help Give West Michigan Kids a Chance to Play!

We're fundraising for Chance Sports because
we believe that every kid deserves
the chance to play sports.

Youth sports shouldn’t be a luxury.

Every kid deserves the chance to run, jump, play, compete, and high-five their teammates after a hard game (win or lose).

That’s why we're raising funds for Chance Sports — because this organization is on a mission to level the playing field, and we're all in!

We serve on the board of Chance Sports because we've seen what happens when kids are given a real shot: confidence builds, friendships form, leaders emerge.

But too many kids sit on the sidelines, not because they lack talent or passion - but simply because of the enormous financial cost to participate.

That’s what Chance Sports is changing.  Chance Sports provides scholarships to athletes with financial need so they can GET IN THE GAME!

A Chance Sports scholarship can be used to pay the costs associated with:

Sports club fees and tournament entry

Sports equipment

Uniforms and training kits
 Sport related travel, including airfare, hotels and even gas to get to and from practices and games.

Chance Sports was founded in Colorado in 2022 and launched in West Michigan in January 2025.  Already more than 150 West Michigan athletes have been awarded scholarships totaling nearly $160,000.  We currently fund athletes in basketball, soccer, volleyball and golf across 18 different sports clubs in the West Michigan region. Chance Sports is looking to expand the sports served and partner sports clubs in West Michigan.

Every gift made September 3-17 will be MATCHED 2:1 - TRIPLING the impact of your gift! That means $100 becomes $300 and $1,000 becomes $3,000.
