Brit's Fundraiser for Local Change Foundation

I love working with Local Change for many reasons, but most of all because I get to give money away for a living. Asking for it isn’t my favorite part of the job—but it’s absolutely worth it when I meet the scholars at our scholarship reception and hear their stories or connect with grantees expanding access to mental health care and affordable housing. I’m really excited about our newest initiative—the Down Payment Assistance fund we launched in September that is already helping Colorado families take steps toward homeownership.

I like to think of myself as a connector and a community builder in my personal life, and now I’m asking my community to help me build a stronger Colorado. Your donation helps more kids get to college, more families find stable housing, and more neighbors access the mental health care they need. Together, we can fuel Local Change that lasts.
