As the Grants Manager at Focus Points Family Resource Center, I have the privilege of seeing firsthand what it means to be part of a community that shows up for one another.
Every day, I see the impact Focus Points has on families and neighbors in Globeville, Elyria-Swansea and across Denver, and I’m proud to play a small part in that work. From early childhood education and family support to youth programs, older adult services, and access to fresh, affordable food through Huerta Urbana, Focus Points meets people where they are and creates opportunities for families to thrive.
