Give the Gift of Mental Health

This year, our Holiday Stars look a little different.

Instead of names, they carry three words:

HOPE. HEART. HEALING.

Because those are the things we are asking our community to give.

For a young person struggling with thoughts of suicide, hope can mean believing tomorrow is worth reaching. Heart is knowing someone cares enough to show up. And healing begins when the right help is finally within reach.

That is what your gift makes possible.

Rise Against Suicide connects local youth at risk of suicide with licensed therapists and removes the financial barriers that can stand between a young person and the care they need. Families never receive a bill.

But Rise cannot do this work alone.

This holiday season, we are asking our community to show up.

Take a star. Share our mission. Make a gift. Invite someone else to join you.

Fill our trees with Hope, Heart & Healing, and help make sure that when a young person in our community needs support, cost is not the reason they have to wait.

Your gift has an immediate impact:

• $30 helps provide transportation to therapy
• $90 provides one therapy session
• $120 provides a therapy session and transportation
• $1,200 helps provide a full course of care for one young person

A star may seem like a small thing.

But hundreds of stars, hanging in businesses, schools, gathering places and homes across our community, become something much bigger.

They become a promise.

We will keep showing up.
We will keep talking about suicide.
We will keep making care easier to reach.
And we will keep reminding our young people that they matter.
