At Rocky Mountain Cocker Rescue (RMCR), every wag tells a story of second chances. Each year, we save more than 150 spaniels from shelters, puppy mills, and homes facing heartbreak. Many arrive scared, sick, or in pain — some with treatable conditions like ear infections or cataracts that shelters can’t afford to manage. Others come from loving families who can no longer care for them, or from breeders shutting down after years of neglect.
RMCR is the only licensed Cocker Spaniel rescue in Colorado — and one of the few serving the entire Rocky Mountain region. We take in every dog we can, no matter their age, history, or medical need, and we cover 100% of their care until they’re healthy, safe, and home.
