It takes a community to feed our neighbors and friends in need. Colorado Farm to Table, based out of Salida, CO has been growing nutritious produce to feed individuals in Chaffee County and across Colorado since 1996.
One in seven Coloradans struggle with hunger. This year CFTT donated 68,000 pounds of farm fresh veggies to eight different counties. They need your help to keep the farm rolling and to make a larger impact on hunger next year.
