Since 2015, Liberty's Legacy Inc. dba Journey with Equus has provided sanctuary, dignity, and lifelong care to horses with nowhere else to go. Today, more than 100 horses call our ranch home, including many off-track Thoroughbreds rescued from the slaughter pipeline.

But the impact of these horses reaches far beyond our fences.

The same horses who have overcome neglect, abandonment, injury, uncertainty, and loss now help people do the same.

Through our equine-partnered wellness programs, horses help youth, veterans, first responders, caregivers, and individuals facing life's challenges reconnect with hope, resilience, confidence, and healing.

Every day, horses heal people.

And every day, people help horses heal.

Our goal is simple:

5,000 people giving just $5 a month.

Together, that creates $25,000 in reliable monthly support—providing feed, veterinary care, farrier services, shelter, and daily care for the horses while helping make life-changing wellness programs accessible to those who need them most.
