Nursing Scholarship in memory of Jean Brickell

This memorial scholarship fund will provide financial support to women who are currently in the process of pursuing a degree in nursing. It will help keep the pipelines full of qualified professionals ready to step up and serve during unparalleled times and the next crisis. The 2022 recipient of this memorial scholarship shared, “My decision to become a Nurse Practitioner was motivated by compassion, benevolence, and drive to make an impact on my chosen profession. I have always admired the nurses who have come before me, as they shaped the profession and paved the way for future generations of nurses to thrive. This scholarship helps to ease the financial burden of an advanced education and gives me the opportunity to learn valuable skills that will serve my community.”
