Our daughter Sophie was showing early signs of ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) with developmental delays by the age of 12 months. By 18 months she knew we needed services and Community Connections was able to help in so many ways. Our daughter received amazing care for almost a year before graduating on to San Juan BOCES for additional services. We are so thankful for everything Community Connections did for us!
